In order to provide our customers the most efficient and expedient service, final inspection requests can now be made online. The requests will be automatically forwarded to the inspector in the order in which they are received and the inspector will contact you to confirm the inspection date and time.
Final inspection requests cannot be accepted via telephone. You may print this form and fax it to 970-221-6635 if you do not wish to submit it electronically.
Please refer to your copy of the PFA Permit when submitting for your final inspection as all of the required information will be present on that permit.
